Hi, I’m Rupert.
Martin Rupert Bulquerin. Senior software engineer in Iloilo, shipping production software since 2015.
I build the software a business runs on all day. Booking desks, repair queues, rent ledgers, and the AI agents beside them.
By day I am a Senior Software Development Engineer II at XtendOps, leading internal platforms and Claude/OpenAI agents for customer support. On my own I build and run BahaySuite and GuroSuite, and I co-founded Nexus Cloud Services.
